Marketing Delivery Lead

We’re determined to make a difference and are proud to be an insurance company that goes well beyond coverages and policies. Working here means having every opportunity to achieve your goals – and to help others accomplish theirs, too. Join our team as we help shape the future.

Overview:

The Enterprise Marketing Delivery Lead is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex marketing work. In this role, you will help a dedicated marketing team stay aligned, organized, and focused by facilitating agile ways of working, managing delivery flow, and ensuring marketing initiatives move forward with transparency, accountability, and efficiency.

You will be joining a collaborative environment where strong delivery practices help teams do their best work. This role is ideal for someone who likes connecting strategy to execution, creating order across moving pieces, and helping cross-functional partners deliver high-quality marketing work. You will work closely with marketing program, strategy, creative, content, channel, analytics, and operations partners to support prioritization, intake, planning, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Agile facilitation: Lead team routines such as stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, and backlog reviews to build alignment and delivery momentum.
  • Team enablement: Reinforce working agreements, coach agile behaviors, and help teams improve delivery flow, accountability, predictability, and overall team health.
  • Delivery management: Manage day-to-day work across cross-functional marketing partners, including creative, content, channel, analytics, and operations teams.
  • Work management: Maintain work boards, dashboards, and project trackers; coordinate sequencing and dependencies; and provide clear delivery communications.
  • Operational intake: Support intake by logging approved work, validating readiness criteria, and routing requests to the right backlog, board, or delivery path.
  • Planning readiness: Translate approved priorities into sprint-ready work with clear scope, acceptance criteria, dependencies, timing, and delivery milestones.
  • Reporting visibility: Build and maintain reporting routines that show delivery status, flow, throughput, capacity, risks, and opportunities to improve.
  • Continuous improvement: Use metrics, team feedback, and retrospective insights to identify bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and strengthen delivery effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project or delivery management, agile project management, workflow management, traffic management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience facilitating agile ceremonies or structured team delivery routines such as stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, or backlog reviews.
  • Ability to manage delivery workflows, sequencing, dependencies, risks, blockers, and escalation paths across cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with Workfront or similar work management platforms, including boards, dashboards, project tracking, and reporting.
  • Ability to translate business and marketing priorities into actionable work with clear scope, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills, including the ability to share clear status updates, risk summaries, dependency updates, and delivery recommendations.
  • Analytical, delivery-focused mindset with strong problem-solving, prioritization, change management, and continuous improvement skills.
