Position Overview 

We are seeking a technically proficient and leadership-oriented Manager of IT Cloud Engineering for our Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) platform. This role combines hands-on cloud engineering with team leadership and strategic oversight. You will guide the technical direction of IDP initiatives, mentor engineers, and ensure delivery of scalable, production-grade solutions that support automated document workflows and advanced data extraction. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead engineering and delivery of cloud-native IDP solutions using AWS and third-party platforms. 

  • Manage a team of engineers and collaborate with architects, data scientists, and business stakeholders to align IDP capabilities with enterprise goals. 

  • Oversee development and optimization of automated workflows for document ingestion, classification, extraction, and validation. 

  • Drive performance tuning, cost optimization, and infrastructure resilience across the IDP platform. 

  • Implement monitoring, alerting, and fault-tolerant mechanisms to ensure platform reliability. 

Required Skills & Experience:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 

  • 7+ years of experience in cloud engineering with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role. 

  • Strong knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, S3, Step Functions, ECS, IAM). 

  • Programming experience in .NET and Python for backend services. 

  • Familiarity with OCR/NLP technologies and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). 

Nice to Have  

  • AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, SysOps). 

  • Experience with GenAI-powered IDP platforms. 

  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation). 

  • Familiarity with Power Automate, Tableau, and relational databases (SQL Server/PostgreSQL). 

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Rally.
