Your analytical skills, combined with an understanding of both business operations and technical processes, will play a critical role in delivering solutions that meet the needs of the organization.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Product Owner, customers and partner BI and data delivery teams across the enterprise to design and deliver data solutions.  You will be part of a high performing and talented team who is charged with consolidating data across multiple domains, business segments and environments, delivering the broadest scope of line of business reporting in the enterpriser that includes drillable detail.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business teams to gather, analyze, and define business requirements for data-focused projects.

- Incorporate AI solutions into both your day to day work to improve efficiency and data quality

- Contribute to the build and delivery of conversational insight customer solutions

- Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution.

- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, data engineers, and software developers to facilitate clear communication and efficient project delivery.

- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decision-making.

- Create documentation, including business requirements, technical specifications, and workflow diagrams, to ensure project clarity and alignment.

- Participate in project planning, timeline development, and resource allocation to support project goals.

- Assist in the testing and validation of solutions to confirm they meet business and technical requirements.

- Support change management efforts by helping business stakeholders understand new processes and tools introduced by data-driven solutions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a data-driven or tech-focused organization.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to gather and interpret data.

- Familiarity with data analytics, databases, and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, ThoughtSpot) is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable terms for non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience with Agile or similar project management methodologies is preferred.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

This role will have a Hybrid work schedule, with the expectation of working in an office 3 days a week
