  • Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and architects to align capabilities with business goals.
  • Author and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, deployment guides, and operational runbooks.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to platform roadmap discussions.

Qualifications:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Strong programming skills in Python and .NET/Java with experience building scalable backend services.
  • Deep expertise in AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, Step Functions, ECS, IAM).
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems and implement resilient cloud architectures.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred

  • Experience with GenAI-powered Intelligent Document Processing platforms (e.g., MEA, Azure Form Recognizer).
  • Hands-on experience with OCR, NLP, and machine learning technologies in production environments.
